My first real visit to LA since 2018.

My friends Dana, Candice, Remi, and Luna were kind enough to take me in for a few days.

I was fed well, they showed me around the area and felt privileged to have witnessed their family dynamics.

In fact, I still remember the conversations. It was fun to watch.

One of the highlights for me was Dana and Remi taking Luna for a walk around the neighborhood. Eagle Rock is a very photogenic city and probably has the best cafes around.

Before heading back to the Bay Area, we had breakfast at Highly Likely in Highland Park. I ordered the Black Sesame Waffle and it was good!

We also visited Jason Lee’s camera store and Dana gifted me with a tote bag (how awesome!).

This probably is the best LA visit I have had in long while – maybe ever.

Thank you again, Dana, Candice, Remi, and Luna.

It was unforgettable.
