After Fall is an edit I did during the shelter in place situation.
Probably because of the inability to go outside to do the normal things and the psychological toll of the situation, I still tried to be productive, and tried to come up with something that rides the emotion of that time.
Instead of my usual approach of being outside, looking at the world, this work is more about looking inward after also being triggered by the loss of family members.
I came to realize it was harder to look inside than outside.
The photos were made with no connection to one another in the span of 10 years but somehow, they became metaphors of my own memories.
I read that Fall is a time for introspection or contemplation, while winter is a time for grief.
